Erika Anova
Erika Anova serves as the Manhattan office manager. She has worked at a number of medical practices, and was struck by LCSA’s dedication towards patient care above all else. She shares Dr. Hu’s belief of trying to save a patient money wherever possible, such as using pharmacy substitutions, manufacturer coupons and rebates.
In her spare time, Erika enjoy spending time with her husband, two dogs, and baby daughter.
Shyla Rojas
Shyla comes to LCSA from Jackson Heights, Queens. She is known for her friendly greeting towards all patients, and skill at which she can fill out health insurance prior-authorizations for both medications and medical procedures. Shyla also works hard to help reduce the cost of a patient’s doctor’s visit.
In her spare time, Shyla enjoys reading and spending time with her dog
Raveena Ramjeet
Raveena comes to LCSA from Queens. She likes working out, going on nature walks, and enjoys exploring all the culinary delights that New York has to offer.
Raveena really enjoys animals, having formerly worked in a veterinary lab. Raveena is very passionate about education.
Eileen Boland
Eileen is the White Plains office manager. She gives every patient a friendly greeting at the door, and also helps coordinate and set up subsequent appointments.
