Jodi L. Abramson, M.D. - (914) 328-5300
Is a board certified Ophthalmologist and nationally recognized leader in corneal, cataract, and refractive surgery. Dr. Abramson is the medical director of TLC; The Laser Center located in White Plains. Dr. Abramson had performed thousands of LASIK procedures since 1995. She has been featured in major publications such as New York Times, Rx Remedy, and Woman's World.

Dana Morschauser, 0. D.
Clinical Director
Dr. Morschauser oversees the clinical side of our practice. She performs the LASIK evaluations, pre- and post-operative surgical care, as well as primary care eye examinations. Dr. Morschauser has extensive cornea and refractive surgery experience and was trained through residency and fellowship programs at The New York Eye & Ear Infirmary. She has been in practice since 1995, with an emphasis on refractive surgery and corneal disease. She led the initial trial studies which led to the FDA approval of Laser Vision Correction.

Mark Speaker. M.D., Ph.D.
Dr. Speaker started his practice at The New York Eye & Ear Infirmary, in 1987, and since then has had one of the few practices in the New York area devoted entirely to corneal surgery. His work in the field of Laser Eye Surgery began in 1993 when he was involved in the clinical trials of Excimer Lasers in the United States. Dr. Speaker has been recognized for his leadership in LASIK in the New York area by New York Magazine and other publications such as Best Doctors in America. He has also been featured on CBS News for performing LASIK on anchorman Steven Clark, and for corneal surgery on a keratoconus patient. He continues to work with a large network of co-managing doctors in the Tri-State area, allowing laser patients convenient follow-up care close to home. Dr. Speaker still maintains a surgical schedule at The New York Eye & Ear Infirmary.
